Text shortcut for adding / removing HTML or JavaScript comments

Is there a shortcut in Textmate for quickly adding / removing comments in HTML / JavaScript?

Select the block you want to comment or expand, and then 'Cmd-Shift - /' ...

In TextMate ver. 1.5.10 Alt-Command - / does not switch the state of comments (adds, removes) It strictly adds. (at least in my experience)

To answer the question more precisely, if you select the text block that you want to add or remove a comment, pressing the + / command will switch. (add, delete)

Note : this also prints your text. Does anyone know how to eliminate this behavior when using these specific keys? ( Team + / )
