Using RESTful Services with JAX-RS / CXF in Tomcat

I am interested in using the Apache JAX-RS (CXF) implementation in a Tomcat environment. The documentation is pretty straightforward and straightforward regarding developing a RESTful service using JAX-RS / CXF. However, I'm not sure how to develop the JAX-RS service in the context of the Tomcat environment.

Does anyone know a good tutorial on developing JAX-RS / CXF services for Tomcat?

Not quite a tutorial, but there is nothing special about developing Tomcat's JAX-RS (after all, it is based on the servlet specification that tomcat supports):
