How to tag a project in cvs and eclipse

I want to tag the release, but I do not see any option for it, as shown below. I am using eclipse.

Open CVS Repositories (Window> View View> Other> CVS Repositories). You should see your project location in this view. Go to the project and right-click on it. Then you should see the Tag as Version... command.

You can even do this from Project Explorer or Navigator. Right-click the source you want to mark → Command → Tag as version.

As soon as you click "Tag as Version", a new window will appear, as shown below. Add the tag name you want and click OK.

You can check the tag name by right-clicking on the resource -> Command -> Show History
