Teaching Mercurial for SVNers in a Short Time

I just convinced the two teammates in the class that I take to start using Mercurial. When I found this out a few years ago, I just read the main site , asked IRC questions and played with him to figure it out. However, given the pace of the class, I don’t think that any of them will want to spend time learning this. I thought to recommend that they watch HgInit , as both of them have some Subversion background and seem to be the target audience. However, does anyone have any better recommendations?

Has someone picked it up recently and found a specific source that will be especially useful?

There is also a Mercurial Kick Start guide at http://mercurial.aragost.com/kick-start/

HgInit is fine, but I also found Mercurial: The Definitive Guide is very useful. The Mercurial wiki is also worth a look.
