Creating a heater application

It may seem strange, but I'm interested in creating an electric heater for my computer, this is an application program that heats my computer, and I need help.

I am currently creating an application that runs endless loops on the GPU (using a small shader) and on the processor cores, however I am also interested in having it work, as well as several output ports, therefore .. To heat the plunger, just highlight and start random access and recording using all 8 cores?

What about running a CD-ROM, floppy disk, etc., how to do it?

How about a heater with a target? Just launch the World Community Grid , create tons of heat while your computer does valuable computing for science. It runs processors wide open, stable, and doesn't just waste cycles.

Use Furmark with LinX / Prime95 . The maximum number of settings. Make sure you have a sufficiently powerful power supply.

There is a torture test option for the CPU and RAM in Prime95 , which looks the way you want. As for the GPU, then Furmark , which achieves the same stress.

The heat from other components will most likely not be relevant (unless you have something really specific, such as a physx card), if you are persistent enough for your processor and gpu imho.
