Key Figures for NetBeans 6.9.x

I have been an Eclipse user for developing Java applications for a long time, but lately it has become easier for me to develop NetBeans 6.9.1 thanks to faster (IMHO) code completion and powerful templates and refactoring tools.

Anyway, one thing that I am missing is a tool for analyzing my Metrics code. I found a plugin for Eclipse that gives me a wealth of information, from TLOC to Cyclomatic Complexity and the counter of overridden methods.

Can anyone recommend a WORKING scorecard for NetBeans 6.9.1? The one I found (Simple Metrics and RefactorIT) is no longer supported and will not even be installed as modules on the current NetBeans platform.

So far, all I could find on Google was old, unsubstantiated projects since 2005 or so ...

Thanks!

Good question...

Have you tested the Simple Code Indicators plugin ?: http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/faces/PluginDetailPage.jsp?pluginid=9494

The PMD in the software quality environment plugin at http://kenai.com/projects/sqe/pages/Home at least has cyclomatic complexity and probably has some other metrics that you might find useful.
