View Intellisense CSS in partial views and content pages - Visual Studio 2010?

Question

I am trying to figure out how to get Intellisense for CSS for rendering if on a partial view or on a content page. Of course, I do not want it to display runtime, since css appears on the main page.

I found this trick ....

<%if (false) {%> <link rel="Stylesheet" href="styles.css"/> <%}%> 

But is there a better option?
