Good source of country names in different languages? (for use in multilingual forms)

I am creating a multilingual web application with the ability to change the interface language on the fly. This means that among many other things, you should also translate the selector of country names to registration / profile forms.

So, I wonder if there is any centralized resource somewhere on the Internet for country names in all or many (or some) languages. I need only three of them, and I know that, most likely, in the end I will translate English names (they can be easily found on the Internet) into two other languages. This is normal unless my clients add more languages ​​that I don’t speak. And, of course, there must be some comparison between the names through, say, their two-letter codes.
