Is there an Oracle 11g release for training?

I want to explore the new features of Oracle 11g, and I think there is no basic version. I have worked with Oracle 10g before, but I want to try some additional features on my home PC.

Is there any version of the enterprise for training, but without a time limit?

You can freely download any version , but Oracle 11g Express is not yet available. But you can download the full version of the enterprise if you want

At this time, Oracle did not release the express version of Oracle 11g.

Since the writing of this article, the first patch for 11gR2 has been released, and there are rumors that 11g express may be available in February 2011.
