Is there a way in ruby on linux to get siginfo_t data from a captured signal?

I'm trying to figure out which process sends a signal to one of my ruby scripts. I can capture the signal - is there any way to find out which process sent it when I did it? Usually it will be in the siginfo_t structure passed to the signal handler - is this displayed in ruby?

Looking at the documentation for signal processing in ruby, I would say that this information is not available.
