How to make an indicator of accessories image (arrow .png)

All you need is

  UIImageView *imageView = [[UIImageView alloc] initWithImage:[UIImage imageNamed:@"arrow.png"]]; cell.accessoryView = imageView; 

Be careful though, as in edit mode, the property of the cell you want to update is called editingAccessoryView
