Using NetTcpBinding to Communicate with Non-WCF Clients

Question

NetTcpBinding used to communicate WCF with WCF. But can it also be used to communicate with non-WCF clients? Namely, it uses several WS-* protocols, so is there any special reason why it cannot communicate with non-WCF clients?

NetTcpBinding not compatible. He will only work with other WCF clients. See this article for more information.
