Limiting Apache Directory Listing on IP Bases

Question

I need to limit the list of directories to all users except certain IP addresses. Any idea how to do this?

The option for it should be:

Options -Indexes 

and say that the directory I need to limit is limited / limited /

 <Directory /restricted> Options -Indexes </Directory> 

but how to place an IP restriction for everyone except, for example, 127.0.0.1

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 Options -Indexes <Files *> deny from all allow from 213.106.26.195 allow from 213.106.15.132 Options +Indexes </Files> 

I used the directive because I tried it in .htaccess, but in the server profile you can also use this directive.
