How to find multicast address in Windows

I'm afraid it will be a ridiculously stupid question, you can say that networking is not my forte, but how can I find the multicast address I'm currently connected to?

I was provided with an application that listens for a multicast address that works fine on one computer, but throws SocketExceptions to another.

I apologize for the uncertainty and stupidity of this question, but any advice is welcome. :)

If I remember correctly this is something like

netsh interface ip show joins

at the DOS prompt to find out which multicast groups are listening.
