Open web image editor

Question

I am looking for an image editor with the same functionality using Paint.

It should have at least basic functions, such as: 1. Open the file from the PC. 2. Freehand pencil 3. Draw an oval or circle 4. Draw a rectangle

Ajax-Image Editor is popular. The other is Pixastic , which is based on JavaScript. Then you canvas paint .
