Configuring Vagrant to mirror a heroku instance

I climb up vagrant and wondered if there was a step-by-step guide / recipe to get a stray copy and run it in the mirror a bamboo hero stack (lenny 5.0 ree-1.8.7)

I was stuck on the first step trying to find a lenny box.

Thanks guys,

Jonathan

If you are aiming a stack of Heroku cedar, you can try vagrant-heroku . I'm not sure what options exist for Aspen and Bamboo, but I suspect that they may exist.

You will probably need to create and pack the box yourself. There are instructions on how to do this here: http://www.owengriffin.com/posts/2010/05/01/Vagrant_for_Debian_testing.html

You should take a look at veewee .

This greatly simplifies the assembly of base boxes for Vagrant. There is even a template for Debian Lenny that you can start with.
