Blue frame around NSScrollView

I am sure that this is normal, and I just misunderstood something, but by making one of my NSScrollView little nested at the bottom of the window (as opposed to the full height), a blue frame appeared around it.

I installed NSNoBorder in the scroll, so this should be something else.

 [scrollView setBorderType:NSNoBorder];

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. I would like the border to disappear as it spoils the look of the application and just looks broken.

I assume this is a scroll view. Representation inside it as NSOutlineView , so maybe this is something on this?

This is the focus ring. It shows which view will receive keystrokes if the user enters something. If you suppress it, your application will not follow the recommendations of the user interface.
