Printing from iPad

Question

Just wondering if there is a way to add functionality to my iPad print app. A.

I know that now there are several applications that allow you to print to the printer from your ipad, but I just want to have a print button in my application that prints to the device.

Is it possible?

Yup, with AirPrint in iOS 4.2.

Not many printers are supported, but you can proxy through your Mac.
