ITunes connect to user account to check in-app purchases temporarily unavailable

My in-app purchase worked fine until Wednesday. But yesterday, when I click the Buy button, after a few seconds I get the following message. "Your account is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." I am using itunesconncet user account for testing. Is itunesconncet sandbox error or my problem? thanks in advance

I have the same problem too. When purchasing applications in the sandbox, it worked flawlessly on 12/06 and 12/07. I noticed starting on 12/08 (yesterday) and 12/09 (today) that the sandbox basically doesn't work.

I will get "Your account is temporarily unavailable ..." about every time. From time to time after restarting my application, I get the message "You have already paid for this purchase ...".

Looks like I'm not the only one. I tried to restore the iPhone, as I heard that this might work. This is not true.

update 12/11/2010

I contacted Apple twice. Both times, I used the email address suggested by the itunes connect contact us algorithm. They answered for the first time:

* ... we provide support for questions at the code level for the development of hardware and software and cannot help you in solving your problem. For questions regarding iTunes Connect issues, please submit a request via iTunes Connect Contact Us: www.apple.com/itunes/go/itunesconnect/contactus

Confused, I just sent them another message:

I wrote a request a few days ago about problems with the sandbox for buying applications. Basically, the sandbox does not work properly for 3 days. Look: itunes connect to a user account to check purchases in the application is temporarily unavailable I do not know what to do. The link that was provided [above] is the same link that tells me to send an email to the Apple Technical Support Developer. However, according to [you], this is not true. But the itunesconnect โ€œcontact usโ€ worksheet will lead me to this (see screenshot attached). I would really like for me not to go around the corporate maze until it falls into the right hands. Look at your sandbox for app purchases. It does not work and delays the release of my update, probably only after the holidays. Losing the last 3 days of testing was devastating for my chances of releasing an update before the itunesconnect holiday disconnected on 12/23. Given the verification process for 7+ days, I needed to send my update by the end of this weekend.

I will send a message when I receive a response.

Try creating another test account to see if this error still occurs. If not, get rid of the old test account and continue to use the new one.
