Python how to make subprocess.call not wait for the call to the called command to complete

Im using subprocess.call to execute a bat file. subprocess.call waits until the bat file disappears before it continues. I want him to start the bat, and keep going. Looking at the documents for the subprocess, he did not look as if he had the opportunity not to wait for the completion of the team.

Is there a way to make this or that parameter other than subprocess.call?
