Can parent and child views simultaneously receive motion events in Android?

Question

The main action has a parent view and a child view.

I need to get a motion event in both views at the same time. Is it possible to do this?

Currently, I can only intercept the motion event in the child view. The parental look does not receive anything.

The main task is that both of them can receive motion events at the same time. Please, help.
