Eclipse stuck during project construction, “-clean” not working

My eclipse gets stuck when I try to create a project, usually 80%. I also get a heap error, although I have already increased it to 750 MB, and the same project previously worked with 350 MB.

I tried to start eclipse using the "-clean" command, but according to the log, this is not effective:

!MESSAGE The -clean (osgi.clean) option was not successful. Unable to clean the storage area: C:\Program Files\eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi

Edit: Well, the build error seems to be caused by defective libraries. And -clean did not work because I started the eclipse without administrator rights (Windows 7).

I had this problem too, and it happened after I updated the Jar file. It turns out that the jar I added was compiled with the wrong version of java.
