Bubble error in stored procedure

I am working on creating a SQL Server 2005 stored procedure that will invoke another stored process, which in turn may invoke another stored process. If an error occurs while passing through the grandson, is it possible for the parent to have the error?

Yes, you can do it with BEGIN TRY ... END TRY BEGIN CATCH ... END CATCH build in SQL Server.
