Is there something like XAMPP but for tomcat?

I want to start doing some web development with tomcat. Is there a nice simple kit for MySql db and tomcat server? something like XAMPP just for java to save all the difficulties in the settings?

In case someone can not turn to me for a good guide on how to do this?

XAMPP has a Tomcat add-in. You just need to download and install this.
