Does anyone know how to change / turn off the blinking indicator when the OS goes into sleep mode?

Does anyone know how to change / turn off the blinking indicator when the OS goes into sleep mode? Or is it possible to do this using the OS? Does the power LED control only the hardware? Or can the OS change it?

As far as I know, it is usually controlled by hardware, although this is not standardized. Hardware control is by far the simplest, although this hardware can be a BMC or microcontroller, which can be accessed from the host. In short, no: no, I don’t think you can change it.

I just removed the power cable from the motherboard ... Not a good solution, but f *** g led no longer damages.
