Countering Paid Spammers

Question

after I scratched a recaptcha in my community, it seems that spam is still coming out of nowhere and the only thing I can imagine is a paid person to spam, any ideas how to prevent these bastards?

Besides IP blocking, which is not very effective, I would suggest using community efforts such as StackOverflow. Allow users to flag content, and this will help solve the problem.
