Is there an i18n solution in Doctrine2

Question

we are looking for i18n behavior in Doctrine2. Is there a standard implementation? Or do you know a very simple and quick solution?

For Doctrine2, there is a rewriting behavior. I have never used it and can only link with documents for this:

Please note that the article is about Doctrine2 Beta4 ORM, and the content may not have resulted in a stable version of Doctrine2. However, in the comments on http://www.doctrine-project.org/blog/doctrine-2-0-0-alpha3-released jwage suggests that the behavior of i18n will be part of Doctrine2.

I think that is outside the scope of the Doctrine.
