Since PhoneNumberUtils is outdated, we can make two phone numbers if they are identical enough for caller identification purposes. I mean different formats + 44xxxxxxxxxx, 0xxxxxxxxxx

reverse lines and compare only the first 10 characters?
The best way would be to create a regular expression that will parse the actual phone number xxx-xxxx from any of its prefixes (+ xx, xxx).
