WPF library similar to jQuery interface?

Are there any WPF libraries similar to jQuery UI ?

I especially like the Sortable interaction:

and resizable interaction:

It would be great if these 2 interactions could be combined.

Panels are just an extender in the WPF world, as far as I can see. To make them “sortable,” you need to create a custom panel that acts as a cover panel and hosts Expanders and adds drag and drop features. It should not be too hard to do, but I have not seen it (at least in the free / open components).
