Xcode warning - directory after -L not found

Question

I get the following warning when I try to create my project: Directory '(directory name)' after -L not found

The directory name refers to the SDK, which I added to the My Resources folder, but has since been deleted. The problem is that I have no idea how to remove the link to the directory causing the warning. I can not find a link to it anywhere in the settings of my assembly.

Can anyone help me? I am using Xcode 3.2.5.
