Migrate Geocoding to iOS

Currently, Map Kit only supports reverse geocoding (coordinates for an address), not geocoding forward (address in coordinates). I see another SO post , and several people have posted their own solutions to the problem, but the answers to them are over a year old.

Still no standard solution (from Apple or from a reliable, well-supported library that supports APIs)? Is the best approach still driving your own solution using the Google Maps API? I think this is a fairly common problem, that there is something ...

Unfortunately, this is still the case, and the answers you mentioned are still the most relevant. I agree with you that this is a bit surprising that this is so despite the so-called licensing issues that make it difficult to add MapKit geocoding support.

No, there is still no built-in solution. However, the BS * library mentioned in the main answer from your link is fantastic. I used it in two projects without any problems.
