Eclipse navigation without moving your hands

If you're as lazy as me, you don’t want to move your hand every time you need a menu in Eclipse. Is there a way to navigate menus in Eclipse without moving my hands to the mouse or the arrow keys?

I searched for key bindings for navigating the menu (replacing “Up” / “Down” / “Left” / “Right”), but left blank.

UPDATE To clarify, I am familiar with the many features mentioned in the answers, such as "Show Key Assist" and "Quick Access." I found that the only time I ever really move my hands is to navigate through a list of items such as Package Explorer or Open Resource. I did not find alternatives for the arrow keys for these actions.

I like to attach “Show Key Assist” and “Quick Access” to convenient keys to get a list of all available menus / commands / views from the context in which I currently live.

This is actually not a replacement with ALT + arrows , but it can help shorten the menu search that you need to do in order to find the right action to start.

As mentioned in @VonC, I would use Quick Access (CTRL + 3) for most commands that do not yet have a keyboard shortcut.

You can also use mnemonics to access most menu items. that is, ALT + FP for printing, or ALT + RN for the Startup Configuration dialog.

F10 will open the leftmost menu in most OSs. CTRL + F10 will open the view menu from within the view and the ruler menu in a text editor. SHIFT + F10 will open a context menu in almost all places.

If you want to move between eclipse views, you can use the Ctrl + F7 keys and then the up / down arrow keys to select one of them. For the "Open Resource Dialog" you can use Ctrl + Shift + R.
