Silverlight + WCF. Streaming audio and video files

I am creating a project using Silverlight + WCF. I am new to both technologies, so any suggestion will be appreciated.

My goal is to transfer video and audio files using WCF and simultaneously show (play) the client.

How can this be done using these technologies?

Or any textbook or book will be appreciated.

As a rule, you do not use WCF, for this you use WMS, IIS Media Services or the usual old file transfer. If you need to use WCF for some reason, you will need a MediaStreamSource that connects to your WCF service.
