Gmail script decryption help

I monitored Gmail network traffic using Microsoft Network Monitor. I noticed that the server sends an intermittent packet of 104 bytes. I decrypted this package and found that it contains -

Can someone please help me decrypt what this script does?

This is the status of sending the server to the client. Try sending yourself an email during monitoring and see what happens.

"NOOP" sounds like a "no operation" message, which means "nothing new."

When something happens, it sends JSON formatted data about what happened, for example:

 [[["v","CIzJ7EeCcMM.en.","8","d7634f09ff9e61c8","1s6nd4ek6sr8c","!ZbXmJFDN_0FrQv3hwuA5MuXHaf_vuWmWJ2VM8bIVByboryZZvtkt4ejfKk8"] ,["di",182,,,,,[] ] ... 

Whatever it means ... This is a confusing and optimized code that updates the interface with a new number of messages, new message headers, etc.
