What is the name of the supported MS (current?) Embedded (server) version of SQL Server with stored procedures?

A few months ago I read the announcement of Microsoft about the release of the built-in (without the server associated with the application as a library / assembly and using a simple file to store data). The version of SQL Server for replacement (for those it is not required at all) SQL Server Express (full-featured, but requiring separate server software for installation) and SQL Server Compact (built-in, but low-functional - without stored procedures, triggers, etc.) and support for all sweets as stored procedures and triggers.

But I forgot what it was called and cannot find it now.

Do you know about this?

SQL Server Compact

Note that SQL CE does not support โ€œprocedural T-SQLโ€ (Select Case, If, etc.) or stored procedures, views, and triggers. In other words, it is โ€œlight and hard,โ€ but it comes at a price.

MS has not released an embedded SQL database that supports stored procedures.

You can look at VistaDB if these are your requirements.
