How to get all the landmarks in the city using the Google Maps GeoCoding API?

Question

Is there any way that I could get all the iconic name within a few kilometers of a given area. for example, there is a city called Bhatkal (5 km in radius), which is located in Karnataka, India. Since Bhatkal is just a small town, Google maps do not store all geographic data, so it’s an acceptable solution to save the nearest lat landmark, as indicated on Google maps, for this I need to get all the landmarks within a few kilometers radius, is there any API Google Maps geocoding that supports this? if there is no alternative?
