What HTTP request headers are important / commonly used?

I am writing a web server and I would like to know which HTTP request headers (sent by the client) are the most common and therefore I should focus on implementation.

Right now I only support Accept and Host .

Not sure about your scope, but since you are interested in serving web browsers, you should look in RFC ( HTTP 1.1 ) <w> Read that the server MUST process

A cookie header may be a good idea, as well as a Content-Length header; without Content-Length, you cannot correctly handle POST and PUT requests.
