To what extent does the CMIS specification cover the JCR specification?

I plan to use openCMIS (the Apache chemistry project) with my JCR repository through the JCR bridge. But this is not enough documentation.

Besides the CRUD files from / to the JCR repository I just made, what about Node properties? JCR mixins, predefined mixes such as Dublin core, etc.

Let's say that I have:

nt:file > [jcr:content , ex:content-english , ex:content-french]

or

 nt:file > [jcr:content , ex:content-pdf , ex:content-odf]

From readme : "The mapping is as follows: JCR node type nt: file with JCR mixin mix: simpleVersionable is mapped to CMIS object type cmis: document. JCR node type nt: file without JCR mixin mix: simpleVersionable mapped to CMIS object type cmis: unversioned-document. All other JCR node types are mapped to the cmis cmis object type: folder ".

JCR properties that do not have a direct correspondence in the displayed CMIS type are not visible through CMIS.
