JQuery / JS plugin for creating website / storefront for new users

I want to create a website for new customers.

Is there any plugin / framework that highlights specific areas of a website and displays text for these areas? I saw such a plugin with a demo about a year ago, but could not find it.

I prefer standalone or jQuery based.

Bootstro ( http://clu3.imtqy.com/bootstro.js/# ) is a terrific introduction to the plugin we use. It requires a very intuitive and minimal setup.

All other answers require dependencies such as Bootstrap and Foundation. The Demo of Typmanus is quite simple and will work, but leaves much to be desired. However, after researching, I had to return to offer my favorite solution https://usablica.imtqy.com/intro.js/
