Customer Rating at Apple Appstore?

I don’t know what happened to the Apple customer rating system on the Appstore.

I recently downloaded two applications in the appstore. And still no app ratings / reviews. Infact I noticed that over the past 2 days, 1000 downloads have been made.

To make sure that this 1 of my friends also added his comment yesterday in the rating 1 of my application. But his comment is also not displayed, but in both applications there are zero customer reviews.

Can someone update me on this issue?

From my past experience, Apple takes two or two days to view comments for songs and applications in the iTunes and App Store. Apple needs to review them to make sure they fit and follow the recommendations, after which they will be published. The best thing to do: just be patient. If nothing appears in a few days, I will contact Apple. Best of luck!

It will take several days to view reviews, as I believe that Apple is checking comments for spam or offensive content. These are just my guesses. But you should check iTunes Connect for customer reviews, as checking reviews on your computer or iOS device only shows reviews for your country. To check iTunes Connect reviews, click on your app, go to the details of that app, and then click customer reviews. There you can check reviews of all countries. I found that instead you can go to this site http://www.appergy.com/apps/Search-iPhone-iPad-iPod-Touch-Apps.aspx . It goes through all countries and shows you reviews.
