How to convert XLSX to XLS without Office?

I have XLSX files on client PCs.
They want to convert these XLSX files to XLS. How to do it in C #, without Office on PC?

Use a .net component, such as Aspose Words , which provides an API for working with office word formats. The advantage of Aspose Words is that you do not need any office dependencies on your server, etc., as well as the provided DLLs.
