I recently published an iphone application using monotouch in the market. He is currently awaiting review status.
Today I found out that when I click on the "View in appstore" button, the following happens:
- ITunes opens with the following message (your application is on the US-Market, click to change the default value ....)
- "Your application is not available in our market."
I am annoyed by these reports and not sure if I did something wrong, because I did not use official localization. My localization is completely built in C # and does not use lproj files.
So, I do not have any + ru.lproj or de.lproj folders in my app.bundle.
The binary data in iTunes-Connect says the following: Localization: ("en")
Does this mean that my application will not be available in the German market if it is approved, although my default language in Itunes Connect is โGermanโ, and I added all the details of the application in German?
How does iTunes Connect determine which markets the app is available in?
The problem is that I do not want to publish a new binary file and the risk of waiting another + 5 days, because the application should already be on the market (clients ...)
Itโs just clear: the application has English and German localization strings and will show the correct ones depending on the user's language โ but all this is written in C # ...
