Win7 progress bar on application icon on taskbar?

I was wondering how you can turn an application icon into a taskbar in Windows 7 into a progress bar. I noticed that some other applications, such as IE9, when loading the icon show the progress of loading on the taskbar.

Can someone tell me how to do this in a .NET.NET WPF application?
