Silverlight Error in Firefox 4 and 5 on MacBooks

We are faced with what looks like a problem with Silverlight 4 when launching our Silverlight 4 application on FireFox 4 and 5 on a MacBook. There are no problems with Safari or OOB (thats

Safari, I think). The problem is that large parts of the user interface turn white and gradually appear, moving the mouse over white areas or redrawing the user interface canvas.

We use Telerik controls in our application, but the problem can arise simply by scrolling the list inside the scrollviewer, so I don’t think that Telerik is associated with it.

We saw this problem only on the MacBook, not on the iMacs.

Has anyone else had such problems? Is this a problem in the Sl plugin?

See screenshots below. If necessary, I can provide a video.

This seems like a problem with Firefox for Mac or with the SL client. Try to make sure that you are using the most up-to-date versions of both (since almost half a year has passed since you posted this, new versions have appeared).

Have you tried to reproduce your problem in another browser? Does it happen on chrome or safari? If so, then this is probably a problem with the plugin.

I don’t think that you can write SL code that will cause the problem you are having, so an error is unlikely to happen to you.
