IPhone for debugging client phones

I have several error reports from clients that I cannot duplicate using my devices. These are not alarms, so there are no crash reports. I am trying to figure out which options should I solve these errors. Keep in mind that these clients vary widely in their technological prowess and willingness to help.

The best I can think of is to make an advertising assembly with logging included in a file in the directory of my documents, but then I need a way to get this file from my phone.

In particular, apart from remote debugging (that would be great), I want to get a log file or other diagnostics to see what happens.

What options do I have?

EDIT: A lot of information has already been provided, but I'm looking for something like "writing log statements on a remote server", possibly only for ad-hoc (for debugging) builds. Thus, basically, looking at their magazine, I hope I can deduce where everything goes wrong. I could build such a system, but I wonder what is already there.

Once you have created an advertising campaign, you can send the application to your customers so that they can install it in iTunes and from there to their iPhone.

Dragging and dropping your application into iTunes will place it in the application folder.

As for getting your log file, you can implement copying your log file back to itunes (as many applications do), so the client could get it from there and send it back to you ... or you could just send the message file via HTTP to your server is under client control.

AdHoc + TestFlightApp.com - extremely lightweight, powerful.

Flurry is an option.
