Do you need a clip for RMagick stones?

I use paperclip gem to upload / download and calibrate photos in my Rails web application. I have ImageMagick installed. I also need a RMagick pearl for my Rails ImageMagick app? I am using the latest version of paperclip version 2.3.15

If I need RMagick, what's the best way to install RMagick gem on a Windows Vista machine? Please indicate to me the resources that go through the installation of RMagick gem on a Windows computer.

You do not need RMagick, only ImageMagick.
