Known issues with Redmine?

We plan to move project management to Redmine, as well as our Git repositories from Github to Redmine. Are there any potential dangers or shortcomings that we must consider? We are a growing team. We will use them through cross-functional teams. Participants will vary from 20 to 60 or more (in all teams).

I can only suggest you look at this list of problems on the Redmine project website - naturally, they use Redmine to track them.

We have been using Redmine for a year now (although not with git), we have about 15 users, and we had no problems.

If you are concerned about stability, you might be tempted to use an older version without known serious bugs, rather than the latest version.

I set up Redmine for our team here. This is great software with some really useful and flexible plugins. We use Redmine Backlogs, plugin add-ons that are great. I was wondering if anyone could create multiple repositories in the same project? I know that I can create a subproject and set up another repo. But there may be times when you need to have several repositories on the "Repository" tab in Redmine (for example, the code can initially be in the development environment, and then moved to the stage of production and production, and therefore for two repos for the project), as well as for receiving issues related to commit messages. This is one of the drawbacks for some people.

This may become necessary if you have a pre-commit hook to reference problem numbers.
