Silverlight XAP loads every time

I just uploaded my silverlight webpage to my web server. The problem is that every time I open a website in a browser, it downloads a new copy of XAP.

What could be causing this problem?

We saw that a similar problem occurs when we introduced daylight saving time (British summer time in the UK).

Make sure that the date / time on the server is not synchronized with the real world (usually an hour). This may not be the cause of your problem, but it is best to check it.
