How to identify a monitor from a Java Swing application?

I wrote an application for my clients, and some of them use multiple monitors. Unfortunately, the Java Swing application is confused in an environment where pop-ups of multiple monitors are present and displayed in the first or second window. How can I determine if a client has multiple monitors and an enforcement application that constantly displays on the same monitor?
