Change admin panel url in WordPress?

I want to create my own custom url-url in wordpress ... how can I do this? for the open admin panel, we write http://yoursite.com/wp-admin or http://yoursite.com/wp-login.php

if I wrote a .htaccess file

RewriteRule ^login$ http://yoursite.com/wp-login.php [NC,L] 

and I will write http://yoursite.com/login in the url, after which it will redirect the admin login URLs.

ok this will work well .. and suppose someone writes wp-admin or wp-login.php in the url, then it will directly redirect to the home page of my site.
